She adopts a holistic approach to healthcare using her background in nutritional therapy to complement her osteopathic practice.

She uses structural techniques to remove areas of dysfunction and supports her treatment with rehabilitative exercise programs and self-care advice to help her patients return to their usual level of activity.

Nicoletta qualified with a Master’s degree (M.Ost) in osteopathy at University College of Osteopathy (UCO). 

She enjoys working with patients of all ages, in acute or chronic pain, employing a variety of treatments, ranging from joint articulation, spinal manipulation, soft tissue massage, muscle inhibition, muscle energy techniques, strain-counterstain, prescriptive exercise and cranial involuntary techniques. 

Nicoletta has a keen interest in pilates and speaks both English and Italian fluently, Spanish conversationally and a has a basic understanding of French!

She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

Jaqueline qualified with a bachelors degree (M.Ost) in osteopathy at the London school of Osteopathy.

She has a special interest in women's health and enjoys working with ladies during all stages of pregnancy, and offers the Mummy MOT (a comprehensive health check to postnatal ladies) . She enjoys treating children and currently furthering her knowledge in this field by undertaking post graduate study in paediatric osteopathy.

As a clinical Pilates instructor,  trained in reformer and mat-work, she has a lot of experience prescribing home exercise programmes, and rehabilitating injuries through exercise.

She previously trained as a nurse with the prestigious UCLH Trust, where she gained gained invaluable experience that enhanced her Osteopathic clinical reasoning skills.

She is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

Natalie is a qualified sports massage therapist that has worked with both sport and non-sport focused clients. Her aim is to help clients feel their best, whether that be for fitness & performance purposes or general health & wellbeing.

Her service aims to reduce muscle tension & discomfort, increase range of motion & promote the body’s natural ability to recover from exercise and/or repetitive strain.

Through deep tissue work and various massage techniques, she is able to support in the prevention of soft tissue injury.

Natalie is trained in advanced massage techniques and is fully insured as a sports therapy practitioner.
